Pepes Ikan kakap Bumbu Kemangi is a typical Indonesian dish with a rich taste which combines fresh snapper with selected spices and the distinctive aroma of leaves basil. The snapper is wrapped in banana leaves and then steamed to create texturewhich is soft and has a perfect flavor.
