In celebration of Indonesia's 79th Independence Day, Quest Prime Pemuda Semarang hosted various traditional 17th August competitions at the hotel’s rooftop swimming pool area. The events, held on the 13th and 14th of August, were met with great enthusiasm by all employees, creating a lively atmosphere full of spirit and camaraderie.

Yosi Arrivianto, General Manager of Quest Prime Pemuda Semarang, explained that this event was not only a celebration of Independence Day but also an opportunity to strengthen relationships among employees. "We are proud to see the enthusiasm and active participation from the entire team. These activities reinforce the solidarity among our employees," he said.

He further mentioned that the event was organized by the SSA Quest Prime Pemuda Semarang and took place over two days to accommodate the various competitions that the employees participated in with great enthusiasm.

"Some of the competitions held included a water relay race, coin diving in the pool, straw inserting into bottles, sack race with helmets, water volleyball, and a make-up competition for the Heads of Departments (HODs)," he explained.

Mochamad Subkhan, Marketing Communication at Quest Prime Pemuda Semarang, added that the cheers from each team’s supporters further enlivened the event. The highlight of the celebration was the fashion show featuring the made-up HODs, which concluded the series of competitions in a festive manner.

As the final event of the celebration, Quest Prime Pemuda Semarang will also hold a General Staff Meeting (GSM) themed 'Independence' on August 23, 2024. The event will feature performances from each department, distribution of Independence Day competition prizes, and awards for the best employees. Exciting door prizes will also be given out, adding to the excitement and spirit of togetherness among the entire hotel staff.
