Cikarang, July 2024 – The General Staff Meeting (GSM) is a quarterly event held at Quest Prime Cikarang by ASTON. This event serves as an appreciation for the performance and creativity of employees. For the Q2 GSM, the theme is "Back to School," featuring various dress codes representing students, teachers, security guards, and principals.

The General Staff Meeting agenda will take place in Meeting Room Studio 1 at Quest Prime Cikarang by ASTON on Friday (19/07/2024). The meeting room is equipped with facilities such as a whiteboard and markers, flipchart, WiFi, standard sound system, LCD & projector. These facilities support the General Staff Meeting activities as well as any meetings held at Quest Prime Cikarang by ASTON.

The event will include a welcome speech from the General Manager and a presentation on energy conservation. HRD will provide information about new staff introductions, birthday congratulations to staff celebrating in July, and additional materials for all staff. There will also be performances from various departments on stage, followed by word games and quizzes about the hotel, grouped by department.

Additionally, the GSM will feature a TikTok Challenge uploaded to the Quest Prime Cikarang by ASTON TikTok platform. The event will conclude with the announcement of the Best Employee for the second quarter, awarded to staff from the Front Office, Kitchen, and Housekeeping departments. The event will end with a group photo of all Quest Prime Cikarang staff.
